How to place a return/exchange?

Mail your order id ,reason for return ,invoice ,and unboxing video to "help.yuzi@gmail.com"

  • Share the image of the product and shipping Label (Bill)

  • Share an unboxing video

The product will be picked up

The product must be in original condition with tags and packaging

Refund/Exchange

Refund/Exchange will be initiated after the item is received and verified by us

The full amount will be refunded after deducting Rs. 50-100 for shipping charges (or product in case of exchange).

No refund (or product in case of exchange) shall be issued in case the product is not found in its original condition with tags and packaging
